Environmental Technology Verification projects

Based on the Environmental Technology Action Plan (ETAP), there is a number of projects and initiatives going on to facilitate implementation of environmental technology. One measure is verification of technology, i.e. independent testing showing the quality of especially innovative technology solutions.
EU is setting up a pre-programme for Environmental Technology Verification (ETV), where a number of EU countries will implement a verification program. In parallel, there are acitivities to coordinate the international harmonisation with ETV programmes in other countries like USA, and Canada. The project Advance ETV is supporting both processes.
